We are honored to introduce our Executive Director, Bedria Abdullahi.
Bedria Abdullahi was born in Somalia and immigrated to the United States at the age of three. As a Black Muslim woman, she possesses a unique perspective on the challenges of navigating life in the United States, having experienced marginalization firsthand. Raised by two dedicated educators, Bedria developed a profound appreciation for the importance of education and community service, ultimately earning a bachelor's degree in communications and political science, which set a commendable standard for her siblings.
With over a decade of experience in community service dedicated to the residents of South King County, Bedria has consistently demonstrated her commitment to improving the lives of those she serves. In addition, she brings over five years of expertise in property management and real estate. In her leisure time, Bedria enjoys engaging in basketball and chess, watching films, and cherishing moments with her family and friends.
Bedria is acutely aware of the vital connection between health, wellness, and stable housing. This understanding drives her passion and commitment in her role as the Executive Director of SeaTac Seniors Support Systems.
